WCSD Parent University

The Washoe County School District Parent University will offer classes for parents throughout the community during the school year, leveraging community-based partnerships.  The goal of WCSD Parent University if to build the capacity of families to:

• Support their children’s learning
• Navigate the educational system
• Provide leadership and advocacy in their communities
• Provide safe, nurturing and healthy environments for children outside of school
• Be lifelong learners
