How do I know if I need NNLC services?

When you typically hire employees, they are hired to perform specific "job functions". You train them based upon the 'skills" they possess. They perform functions that require little "Interpersonal" skill sets. If you are less than comfortable in allowing your employees to make decisions, take charge in compromising or situations needing direction, or look to hire from outside your organization rather than promote from within, you are a Business Owner/Manager who will benefit from NNLC's "Plug into Choices" program of instruction.

How do I initiate the development of my employees?

NNLC has published a flyer that you can distribute to your employees or make it available to them at their discretion, which informs them of the educational opportunities that will help them gain better employability and upward mobility within their career field of choice.

What do I do if I feel my employees need your services?

NNLC can come to your place of business and do an assessment of your employees and provide you with an evaluation report of those who would benefit from our services,
